Engee PET requires the active commitment to and accountability for quality, health & safety, environmental, and energy (QHSE-EN) requirements from all employees, contractors and other visitors on site. Management and Line managers have the leadership role in ensuring effective communication, implementation and compliance with QHSE-EN policies and the requirement of relevant international management system standards and sustenance.
We are also committed to:
▪ Fulfillment of all legal and other requirements to which Engee PET subscribes that relate to its QHSE-EN issues and that are relevant to its context;
▪ Setting and implementing measurable QHSE-EN objectives at relevant levels and functions, measure and assess results in order to achieve the intended results of its QHSE-EN Management Systems;
▪ Effective management of all identified QHSE-EN risk and opportunities;
▪ Compliance with all relevant interested parties’ requirements, in order to enhance its health & safety and environmental performance as well as overall organizational performance and maintenance of safe and healthy workplace as well as security of our people at all times;
▪ Continual improvement of our operations through continuous customer satisfaction, elimination of QHSE-EN non-conformances and accidents and reduction in incident cases;
▪ Consultation and participation of workers, and, where they exist, workers’ representatives;
▪ Ensuring employee’s motivation for maintaining safe, drug and alcohol-free working environment;
▪ Planning, responding to, and recovering from any emergency, crisis, and business disruption.
▪ Reducing energy consumption through the efficient use of energy across all operations and processes.

Responsibility for Implementation & Maintenance:
The Chief Technical Officer ensures that this QHSE-EN Policy is communicated to relevant interested parties including all employees (by E-mail, through company web site, notice board, awareness, among others), in a manner that ensures understanding and suitable application to assigned tasks. This policy is continually reviewed for suitability, effectiveness and continual improvement during management review meetings.
